ABOUT 3 COOKIE COMPANY
Hello! I am Autumn Fields, creator and baker at 3 Cookie Company located in New Berlin Wisconsin
I’ve been baking since I was a little girl. My mom is an amazing cake decorator and I never felt much success there. I always enjoyed trying new recipes and really wanted to learn how to bake ‘cookies too pretty to eat’. I started playing around with this for many Christmases but they never looked great. When the pandemic hit and I had extra time I started to binge watch every YouTube cookie tutorial I could find. I am self taught so I have no pastry training experience or schooling.
When we moved into a new house with a larger kitchen I decided to start working more on my cookies. It was just a hobby and a creative outlet. I also work a full time job as Program Manager. My best friend came to me in Dec 2021 and asked me to make cookies for her company Christmas gifts. No way was I good enough for that, but I did and everyone loved them. Thus began 3 Cookie Company in January 2022.
My husband and 2 boys are biggest supporters and I would not be able to do this ‘on the side’ without their support and tolerance of extra dishes and kitchen mess :-) My goal is to have a high quality cookie that looks beautiful.
